This document provides a comprehensive overview of the terms and conditions governing the use of the Software Product and participation in the Affiliate Network (“Affiliate Programme”, “TEST”) (hereafter referred to as the Rules). By accepting these Rules, the Affiliate Network Participant confirms they have read these Rules in full, find the terms and conditions clear, and fully agree with them. The Company reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally, specific Programme regulations, and other mandatory documents that define the terms of the Affiliate Network use at any time and without prior notice to Affiliates. Any such amendments shall enter into force immediately upon publication, unless specified otherwise.

1. Essential Terminology for Casinoly Casino Online Affiliates

  • Personal Account, Affiliate Account: A section of the Software Product interface that serves as your dedicated workspace. It provides Affiliates with the necessary tools to track performance, view statistics, and manage their activity within the Affiliate Network.
  • Payment Model: The remuneration structure based on the achievement of a specific, pre-determined result (Targeted Action) following the Affiliate’s publication of advertising content.
  • Offer: The set of conditions (including restrictions and remuneration rates) that collectively govern the promotion of the Advertiser’s product on the internet.
  • Affiliate Network: A formalized business partnership between Casinoly (casinoly.io) and its Affiliates, focused on the promotion of Advertisers’ goods and/or services.
  • Affiliates, Webmasters: Legal entities or individuals over the age of 18, who are authorized participants of the Affiliate Network and actively promote the Advertiser’s product.
  • Software Product: A comprehensive suite of information and software tools, accessible via casinoly.io or the corresponding mobile app. This product provides software solutions for measuring service effectiveness, enhancing monetisation, obtaining affiliate statistics, and accessing promotional tools.
  • Targeted Action (Lead): A specific action by an end-user (client), such as a purchase, registration, or deposit, which is recognized as a goal within this Affiliate Programme and qualifies the Affiliate for remuneration.

2. Participation Terms and Secure Casinoly Connexion

Joining the casinoly casino partnership is straightforward, focusing on security and proper identification:

  • 2.1. Registration: To become an Affiliate, you must sign up on the Affiliate Network page, providing truthful and complete details about yourself.
  • 2.2. Account Details: During registration, the Affiliate independently specifies their unique identifying details (username/email and password) necessary for the secure casinoly connexion.
  • 2.3. Completion: To finalize the registration, the potential Affiliate must verify their email address and contact a Programme representative to gain full website access.
  • 2.4. Account Security: The Affiliate is solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. All actions from the moment of successful casinoly connexion are considered to have been implemented by the Affiliate.
  • 2.8. Data Accuracy: Affiliates undertake to keep their profile details in the Affiliate Account up to date and promptly update them in case of any change.

  • 2.11. Liability: The Company is not responsible for the storage or security of login credentials, or their transfer to third parties. If an Affiliate suspects unauthorized access to their Affiliate Account, they must immediately report this to the Affiliate Network Support Service.

3. Conditions of Cooperation for Casinoly Webmasters

The Affiliate Programme acts as a reliable intermediary, coordinating and monitoring the services provided by the Webmaster (Affiliate) to the Advertiser. This ensures fair and timely commission payouts:

  • 3.1. Offer Acceptance: The Webmaster accepts the Offer from the Advertiser to distribute Advertising Materials for remuneration within this Affiliate Network.
  • 3.3. Platform Selection: The Webmaster independently selects websites and platforms for publishing Advertising Materials, provided there are no restrictions set out in the Offer. The Affiliate Programme is not obligated to monitor these third-party platforms.
  • 3.5. Prohibited Methods: Webmasters undertake not to use methods that compel users to take actions (e.g., forced clicks, paid texts, etc.). The Webmaster shall be fully liable for any violations, fines, or losses incurred due to their publishing methods and must indemnify the Company and Advertiser from any resulting claims.

4. Fair Financial Cooperation within the Casinoly Casino Network

The calculation of remuneration and management of payments are governed by transparent rules, ensuring a trustworthy partnership with casinoly casino online:

  • 4.1. Remuneration Structure: The Offer defines the distribution terms and the nature of the user’s Targeted Actions that qualify Webmasters for remuneration.
  • 4.4. Service Provision: When an internet user clicks the Referral link and performs the specified Targeted Action (Lead) on the Advertiser’s website, the Webmaster is deemed to have provided the service and receives the corresponding remuneration.
  • 4.6. Referral Link: The Affiliate Network provides the Webmaster with a unique Referral link. The mandatory integration of this link into the Advertising Material is an essential requirement for accurate tracking of Targeted Actions.
  • 4.7. Tracking and Disputes: All Leads are tracked within the Affiliate Network. In case of disagreement regarding targeted actions, the Affiliate Network’s data is conclusive. Affiliates cannot dispute the Company’s decision based on its collected data.
  • 4.8. Data Precedence: The statistical data held by the Affiliate Network shall always take precedence over any data held by the Webmaster in case of discrepancies.
  • 4.10. Payout Verification: Before processing remuneration, the Affiliate Network may perform an additional verification of the Affiliate Account details and suspend payouts until this verification is complete.
  • 4.13. Withdrawals: Funds can be withdrawn from the Affiliate Account only upon request, according to the Affiliate Network’s offered payment solutions and set time/minimum/maximum limits. The personal account must not be used as a storage or deposit method, and no interest is paid on funds held therein.

5. Restrictions and Integrity of the Casinoly Casino Online Platform

To maintain the high standards and integrity of the Affiliate Network, the following restrictions are strictly enforced:

  • 5.1. Technical Interference: Affiliates undertake not to take any actions that impact the operations of the Affiliate Network, including hacking attempts, the use of viruses, DoS attacks, or spam.
  • 5.3. Fraudulent Clicks: Affiliates undertake not to use advertising methods that register a Lead by forcing the user to perform Targeted Actions through fraud, blackmail, or any other technique that violates the user’s free will.
  • 5.4. Cookie Fraud: It is strictly prohibited to use any form of cookie stuffing (cookie dropping), including scripts that place website cookies the user has not viewed or replacing cookies using pop-ups or iFrames.
  • 5.5. Brand Bidding: The Webmaster undertakes not to register or use any confusingly similar variation of the Advertiser’s protected branding features (like casinoly) in website domains or mobile apps.

6. Termination of Cooperation

  • 6.1. Account Termination: The Affiliate Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation and delete an Affiliate Account, including (but not limited to) cases of false information, Rule violations, fraud, and unfair actions. The Affiliate Network is not obliged to pay any compensation related to the blocking/deletion of the account.
  • 6.2. Affiliate Initiative: The Affiliate can terminate cooperation at any time by deleting their Affiliate Account, provided they fulfill all financial liabilities to the Affiliate Network.

7. Privacy and Data Security Assurance

Casinoly takes reasonable measures to ensure the correct registration and safeguarding of the Affiliate’s details obtained during cooperation:

  • 7.2. Consent: By sending details to the Affiliate Network, the Affiliate confirms their explicit consent to the use of their personal details by the Affiliate Network.
  • 7.3. AML Compliance: For investigating fraud and money laundering, the Affiliate Network is entitled to provide information about the Affiliate (including personal details and account activity) to state bodies, including police and specialized anti-money laundering agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All design, text, graphics, software, and other materials that constitute part of the Affiliate Network are subject to copyright and proprietary rights owned by the Affiliate Network. Use of the Affiliate Network grants the Affiliate no intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks) owned by Casinoly or any third party (except for a non-exclusive license when publishing Advertising Materials).

9. Technical Disclaimer

The Affiliate Network’s software is provided to the Affiliate on an “as is” basis. The Affiliate Network is not responsible for any damage or technical difficulties caused by errors in the software or hardware, or for losses caused by the insufficient availability or limited functionality of the internet or third-party telecommunication networks.
